Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose… and release.
Let your body soften. Let the mind quiet.
Feel yourself arrive.
Let this moment be still. Let this be a space where nothing is expected of you.
Now, imagine a soft golden light above your head.
This light is warm, ancient, and alive. It is the light of the sun — not just the sun in the sky, but the sun of your soul.
It gently pours down through your crown, your throat, your heart…
All the way to the soles of your feet.
With each breath, it clears the heaviness.
With each breath, it illuminates the places you’ve hidden — the parts of yourself waiting to be seen, loved, accepted.
Let this light show you one place inside where you’ve carried tension, shame, or silence.
Now — imagine offering this part of yourself to the sun.
The light doesn’t judge. It simply holds, warms, and alchemizes.
Let it transform the shadows into clarity. Peace. Wholeness.
Now… gently open your eyes.
And when you feel ready — step outside.
Yes — physically, literally. Go outside.
Walk barefoot on the earth, or place your hand on a tree or stone.
Let the sun — or even the wind — touch your skin.
Feel yourself fully present, alive, connected to this living world.
Now, ask nature:
“Show me a symbol. A sign of who I am becoming.”
You might find a leaf shaped like a heart.
A feather. A stone with a mark.
A twig in the shape of a spiral.
Something small… but deeply meaningful.
Let it find you.
When you’ve found it, take it with you — this is your Solstice Symbol.
Place it on your altar. Let it anchor your transformation.
Then return.
